"After experiencing an incredibly invasive treatment, with many annoying side effects and also experiencing the intense pains produced by five herniated discs, as the medical diagnoses showed, I realized the urgency to completely heal my body." Thank God, I met Maria Victoria through a friend. She has taught me and directed the sessions of Yoga-Therapy that have allowed me to recover satisfactorily. Today most of the pain has disappeared and I have learned that the body does not have to hurt and that in this sense, you can achieve an optimal quality of life. "

"About 18 years ago I started what would be my dream trip to Thailand but I never arrived." Halfway there, I picked up a suitcase and suffered a herniated disc between the fourth and fifth lumbar. The only position that relieved me a bit was to lie on the floor with my legs placed on a chair at an angle of 90 degrees. The pain was unbearable and intense for a year, nothing took it away, I was going crazy, it was something similar to a toothache or ear pain..."
"Yoga-therapy has been very useful to me, 3 years ago I had a fall that caused a problem in the cervical area that I did not pay attention to until the pain became chronic. In a short time, continuous stretching, with the right intensity and the correction of posture that is achieved with the sessions of Yoga-Therapy, helped me along with other things that I did, such as swimming and massages, and pain practically does not exist anymore today."
